@jcarpfit: Here’s how got my spark back ⬇️ But first hit that follow button so I can help you too🫶🏻 1️⃣no contact. Not to be petty, but because I couldn’t heal in the environment that broke me. I found a new gym and new church because I was going to his. Silence was hard but I knew hearing from him told be harder. 2️⃣ I allowed myself to feel. I cried when I felt like it. When we try to reason with or surprise our emotions I stead of feeling them, that’s when we cope in unhealthy ways or prolong the healing process. It’s going to hurt. Let it. 3️⃣Used movement as therapy. Every workout became a way to process what I was feeling. I lifted heavy, took deep breaths, and reminded myself that strength isn’t just physical. 4️⃣Stayed consistent even when it hurt. Healing didn’t happen overnight, but showing up day after day made me stronger in every way. I started to see progress in the mirror and in my mindset. 5️⃣Focused on discipline, not distraction. Instead of texting him, I journaled. Instead of scrolling, I meal prepped. Instead of numbing, I moved. 6️⃣Let Jesus fill the void. I realized no amount of “closure” could give me what His peace could. I didn’t need the relationship to feel whole because I have Jesus.
