When I ate miracle noodles, my poop looked like the noodles completely undigested lol very scary. I switched to spaghetti squash after that.

My husband used to eat Miracle Noodles and then he was in severe pain and ended up with a blockage from them and emergency surgery.

Pete’s pasta is great too! High protein, low carb and the closest I’ve come to actual pasta and it’s made in Italy also!

if you're allowed heart of palm they make a great noodle alternative!! I find miracle noodles a bit fishy and the texture strange.

Danielle, I think you should try palabok next 🤭 It’s a filipino noodle dish with shrimp broth and it looks similar to what you’re eating
