Even with 5 and having my tubes taken after my twins, I still ask my husband if he’s sure we shouldn’t have just 1 more. I’m at capacity, we’re done. But I’ll never feel done. I’ll ache to grow a sweet little life, labor, and deliver it. I’ll ache for postpartum bliss. The sleepless nights. The quiet morning hours with just you and a newborn while the house is still sleeping. I’ll ache for it all forever. But I’m at capacity. I can’t be a good mom if I divide myself any further.

I’m currently two weeks pp with our first. While in the hospital just hours after delivery, I said “I would do that a million times over just to feel this feeling again”. However I know it’ll never feel the same as with that first baby.

Yes yes you can. I had baby fever soon as my 1 month old was born. She’s baby #5 and was suppose to be our last but I don’t think I’m ready to be done yet.
