whew… it honestly still doesnt even feel real. Aug 27th i went to the ER for chest pain. A mass was found surrounding my heart. Sept 2nd i was diagnosed with Lymphoma. My world literally has been flipped upside down. Everything I knew as normal, changed. The hundreds of test, having to move back home with family after just moving out of my hometown less than 7 months ago, everything just.. changed. But i still have faith, & hope because of the Lord. I know Hes working through me. I know He’s using me as a vessel. Keep your loved ones close. Check up on them. Never take the “small” things ,like your health, for granted because its not small.. and you never know when it will be ripped away from you. In less than 2 weeks, my perspective and outlook on life has pretty much completely changed. I’m still so grateful that God has chosen me to go through this journey. He knows I’m strong enough. He knows I can reach people through Him. He knows i WILL have a testimony to tell about Him, that He’s a miracle worker, a healer. Im keeping my eyes on Jesus, and not on my fears. I’m going to walk through this storm faithfully, with determination, with grace , with gratitude and with strength, praising Him the whole way.
