The analog world of 1969 was capable of getting us to the moon, but while the moon landing was successful there was considerable luck involved & there were some close calls. The digital world we live in today has way more capability but the technology still presents many challenges. Still, just because the technology of a 1949 Ford F-1 was capable of getting us to our destination doesn’t mean we should continue using it when the 2025 Ford F-150 is superior in almost every way. Same reason we’re not going back to the moon with analog tech.
