@__vizzzz: Yesterday’s workout was all about heavy chest and shoulders — the kind of day where every press feels like a statement. Started with bench at 225 for clean 8s, rolled into dumbbell incline with the 90s, and finished off with shoulder presses that lit my delts on fire. Added in some lateral and front raises to chase that roundness — by the end, I was cooked but grinning. The pump was one of those that makes you double-take in the mirror, like “yeah… that’s work showing.” Not every day in the gym hits like this one, but when it does, you ride the wave. No ego lifting, no skipping reps — just control, tension, and consistency stacking up. The kind of workout that reminds you why you keep showing up.
