Problem is I have zero dream recall. I fall asleep and it's just blackness, nothing, and then I wake up and time has passed. Not having that connection leaves me feeling less connected to the Divine, and more like an Alien here. I've tried all sorts of supplements and practices to increase dream vividness and recall, but it's just blank.
