@masonearls: After selling hundreds of homes in middle TN, I’ve watched buyers fall into the same traps that destroy resale value. If you plan to sell in the next few years, don’t buy one of these: 🚩The Highway House: If it backs up to a highway buyers walk in and right back out. The sound never stops and you’ll list 10% under market to just create interest. 🚩Mount Everest Driveway: If your car scrapes the ground when you pull in so will the future buyers. Just don’t do it. 🚩The Junk Yard Neighbor: If they have 5 cars in the yard and 3 dogs barking at you when you pull up… RUN🏃♂️ 🚩Funky Floor Plan: Split bedrooms, awkward hallways, or living rooms you have to walk through to get anywhere… creates confusion and a confused buyer is not a buyer.
