its still an issue. ive never seen worse 'simping after' then whats happening to asian guys. women are overly romanticising these men, and in return, they get overly egotistic and aloof, borderline misogynistic, which is already in issue in most asian countries. the real issue is the quality of relationships this cycle reinforces.

well i think this is just not true. there are a lot of themed cafés catered to women where the men are extremely sexualised and they do some very gross things for women. women sometimes touch them in some inappropriate ways and they do some inappropriate actions. i believe it is just that, a lot of men do not mind that type of sexualisation to such extents whilst women just hates it. + in a men centered world, i think those things boosts their ego more than anything. but nevertheless, female gaze or male gaze is already a form of objectification, wether tame or not, cause in this instance, you do not know the thoughts going through some of those women's minds i think gender centered cafes should just stop. they are very dehumanising
