I started using Mira too! I started HRT a month ago and was curious to see my hormone levels during treatment. I’m 46 haven’t had a period since September. Mira is showing I’m ovulating with my peak results but still no period. My progesterone levels just dropped significantly today.

Can u do an intro to hormones for beginners? Im talking about “here is what HRT is, here is what estrogen does, test does and what levels should be. If u get this and test low or high etc here’s what to do:..” bc I know I need this info stat lol

That's why I had to go to patch and pill, my insurance wouldn't cover the second patch 😒.

Can you say more about your tendonitis? I'm having some crazy leg pains, feels like tendonitis, for over a year. I've done PT and steroid injections, nothing works for it.

My Dr just reduced my estrogen bc my bloodwork showed it was too high. First time in over 10 years that I’ve been on it. Now I cry, have hot flashes and am miserable. I think I need to start my own testing with that little contraption.

I use this 2xs a week and it's helped me figure out where I need my estrogen to feel the best. It's super helpful. I wish the test strips weren't so pricey, but it's still worth it to me.

My pharmacist gave me Llyana instead of my usual Sandoz. And I’m so bloated!!! I guess the generic works better for me.
