It’s very inconsistent tbh. I always tap fire from long range and even then my hits don’t register at times.

No one's shot a real weapon, guns arent lazers and shouldnt be. Movement and suppression should affect aim, bullets should have a variation

Bloom has always been in bf.. it should stay. You can't run around and slide everywhere and expect to just beam your target, its not COD. The current issue is the cool down after making these types of movements sometimes get canceled before the bloom fully resets. You can fix it by sliding, coming to complete stop, and then waiting a few seconds before firing or moving.
