Bridging 100k with interest is more like 125 plus your 50 is 175. So you won’t get your 50k back unless it’s worth more than 200k. Material costs are through the roof! It is not easy as he’s making out.

Great idea, but try and do it for real. Banks don't lend anymore and private finance companies don't offer enough and every property needs a cash deposit. We've got over £1 Mill of property, but struggle with finance.

This doesn’t work anymore like that cause every time u buy another house u need to pay an extra percent tax for every new house so house 2 12% house 2 20% and so on it’s hard to cheat the system nowadays
