I had the luck to follow my leadership way that built through the years in different organizations and after long time spending watching and getting inspired by Simon Sinek. The only time I achieved to lead in that way was mainly the time I have worked for a startup and they haven’t had structure and many top managers to ruin your leadership and things were working absolutely great and numbers were coming without even chasing them.
