My pronouns are Meat/Head. l eat a 250 calorie pack of Skittles before training. I use Shieck lifting straps. I get my clothes from Walmart and Amazon, and Ekkovision (CODE: MARC) Literally search up “gray t shirt” in the search bar. Literally search up “navy blue sweatpants” in the search bar you analysis paralysis ass mfr’s. No I don’t know how many calories you need becasue you’re not my client and I’d need to know more context. Natty or not’s are a completely pointless subject as everyone’s outcomes will always be different whether a person is natural or enhanced. Regardless of a person’s status YOU will never look like them anyway. So asking any question pertaining to that is POINTLESS! Don’t ask me about enhancements. Kick rocks. Go somewhere else.
