So his drop rates are OK I guess but to rank up literally just need to analyze the mushrooms which is sped up by purchasing them from his shop a bit heavy on cost for max rank up speed but leagues better than a rep grind

spending resources on the prince just tells you the back story and unlocks the glyph and some statue thing. To rank up the clan go to the field guide and use mushrooms from the bounties to rank it up to 3 which requires varying amounts.

its by doing the field guide at the night cap to get the 'standing'. so collect mushrooms till you 3 star the thing to unlock standing. its instant rank up standing
