@bevi.crocker: I spent yesterday cooking and then ended up with a few friends over for a delightful dinner of baked brie and crackers for an appetizer, followed by shrimp scampi on a steamy bed of either angel hair pasta or spaghetti squash, roasted veggies and banana pudding dessert. All the while fully engaged in stimulatingly lively conversation!!With Help cleaning up after all that the kitchen was ready for more this morning and I cleaned the rest of the mangoes. This is a small sample of the multiple bags of Mangos we have together harvested ripened cleaned and prepared. Most will be smoothies and are in gallon bags in multiple people's freezers . Some will be mango salsa. #mangoseason #tajin #goatcheese #breakfast #viral
