There are only around 3,000 billionaires worldwide, yet they hold a staggering share of the world’s wealth while billions of people live on just a few dollars a day. While their small circle of people affected with Billionairism live in excess, manipulating markets, countries, politics, policies, and wars, we — the common people — suffer and scrape to get by. It is we, the people, who make them successful while they take. Billionaires are leeching off the system and off the backs of working people everywhere.Not the other way around. Billionaires aren't concerned about who is in office, ideologies or religious faith. We've been conditioned to toss around words like socialism, communism, capitalism, fascism, Marxism, Antifa, leftist, and right wing fanatic — but these are terms of the past designed to divide us. They no longer hold meaning in the world we live in today. What’s happening now in the history of human evolution transcends political labels. Again, I propose that Billionairism is a mental health disorder that causes an insatiable need for power, an obsessive accumulation of resources, a unquenchable need to cause chaos, and a profound lack of concern for anyone beyond themselves or the small alliances that enable their addictions. I encourage you to join your fellow humans worldwide this Saturday, October 18, for a peaceful, joyful celebration of humanity and love for this planet and each other. So you think that redistributing wealth is going to put money in the hands of people who are going to be less greedy than those who actually earned it? The problem with socialism is that you run out of other peoples money. Further, the other main problem with socialism is that as soon as people in power hand out all of the cash cow industry and businesses to their friends and family, they close out anyone from competing with them and everything becomes more expensive, less sufficient and less fair. Those who complain about it are deep, platformed, jailed, or worse Socialism doesn’t fix greed and social inequity: it in fact locks those in power politically into a superior position of class status upon which no one is ever able to move them off of it.
