Note:  鴨血不能滾太久入味,不然會變硬唷 豆腐的工序很繁瑣,但是真的不能省是豆腐好吃的關鍵 🥦 材料 ingredient  板豆腐 firm tofu 4~6 large pcs 生鴨血 fresh duck blood 2 pcs 享記麻辣鍋底醬 (素)spicy hot pot sauce 2 tbsp 豬油 Pork lard 1tbsp (吃素者可省略) 雞高湯 chicken broth 600 ml 醬油 soy sauce 200 ml 糖 sugar  2 tbsp 鹽 salt 1tsp Recipe credit :火星主廚 🍳 94/ 100 #whatalicooks #麻辣鴨血豆腐  #MalaDuckblood #malaTofu #麻辣鍋  👉🏻 After buying tofu and fresh duck blood, place them in water to prevent deformation. Cut the tofu into 4 to 6 large pieces. Boil for 15 mins, cool, drain, and repeat. Cut the duck blood into eight pieces and boil for 5 mins to remove the odor. Cool in water. Mix the hot pot base sauce, chicken broth, soy sauce, pork lard, and salt. Add the duck blood, boil for 10 mins, turn off the heat then soak for 30 mins. Boil again for 10 mins, soak overnight. For tofu, repeat the same process. Boil for 15 mis, soak for 15 mins, then boil for 20 mins, soak overnight. Reheat the next day to enjoy. The leftover sauce is the hot pot base.
