Knew a few guys like that when I was going to college. They never landed jobs because they couldn’t get past interviews due to their striking personality. Got to interview one recently and he decided to be a condescending jerk during the interview since we were in the same graduating class did the more important work in Our group project. Safe to say he didn’t get the position.
