@kb_dean: Dog daycare with training for the most part, including Puppy preschool so crate training is essential. I also do crate training if any of the dog get overwhelmed. I have assigned crates. It cracks my neighbors up if they help me out by letting dogs out for me when I’m not home. They are floored when I tell them to just let them in and tell them “kennel up” and they run to their crate to wait for a cookie.

we have assigned crates when kiddos come to sleepover school (bc things like Miller gets a special bed for his bad hips, etc) but I love this skill. every pup should know how to make smart choices 👏👏👏
