Game runs at 40 sometimes 50 fps on low settings. I have a i7 14th and a 5060 any idea what the issue is? Got friends on worse specs running 3x the fps. CPU usage isn’t even close to maxing out

7 days of editing user.cfg file I fixed a lot of issues, lowered the CPU, GPU and VRAM, adjusted the sunlight a little so it wasn't as bright, enabled DirectX 12, and many more, and I'm not done yet, but I got a satisfactory result, so this is part of the solution, not THE SOLUTION.

the only way my frame rate went up was by cranking the settings to max to get rid of the CPU usage issue

you saved it as a txt so it wont work for you because you have to change the file type to 'all' when saving and only then the '.cfg' will take affect. with how you did it in the vid it will be '.cfg.txt' which is ultimately just a txt file
