![future wife: nak cheesy garlic bread me: okay jomz #fypシ #hothoney #garlicbread #cheesygarlicbread #tiktoksg #MYFoodie #foryoupage go through the recipe with me~ (Hot Honey Cheesy Garlic Bread 🍯🧄🥖) 📝Ingredients: [To roast] 2 heads of garlic 3 shallots/ small onion extra light olive oil sprinkle of salt & black pepper 125g unsalted butter sprinkle of salt & black pepper 1 thick french loaf 1 block of mozzarella cheese 1/2 block of sharp cheddar [Hot Honey] 4 tbs honey 1 tsp chilli flakes 1 tsp sriracha Parsley Process 🔪🥘 (1) Preheat oven to 180C. (2) Cut the tops of the garlic heads and shallots. Drizzle generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Wrap them up with a foil and roast for 1 hour. Set aside to cool. (3) Grate Cheese and prepare hot honey: in a saucepan, combine honey, chili flakes and sriracha and mix on low heat for a few mins. Pour into a bowl and let it cool. (4) In a bowl, add squeezed garlic and shallots, butter, salt and black pepper. Mash until it becomes a spreadable paste. (5) Slice bread into half and spread the garlic butter on both sides and cheese. (6) Set the oven to grill mode and bake it further for 15-20 mins or until the cheese is melted.
