@cbsnews: Videos show a Florida mother and a police officer trading punches during an arrest outside her daughter’s school in Jacksonville. Erika McGriff, 39, parked her car at an intersection and left it running while picking up her 9-year-old daughter in the rain on Oct. 7, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. An officer working at the school, Randy Holton, approached her and she attempted to get away, authorities said, who added that her license had been revoked in the past. The verbal confrontation turned physical as Holton tried to arrest her. McGriff alleges the officer used unnecessary force during the arrest. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said she violently resisted arrest, punched the officer and bit him. McGriff was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence and operating a vehicle with a revoked license. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who is representing McGriff, vowed to fight the charges. #jacksonville #florida
