I forgot to add, sometimes it’s also done to escape conflict. In the middle of an argument, they might exaggerate their pain so they can’t be given feedback. In other words, it’s a self protective behavior.

Why does past abuse come to me in nightmares?????? I’m sleeping. Why why why the intrusive memories???? Medication helps a lot because I no longer have to cry to get over the dream but why can’t I stop intrusive memories?????????

A relative of mine is doing this and I can see all of this but it simply helps to have a wise, empathetic person to talk about it so thank you

Some people can also learn and pick up on the behavioral pattern overtime, and know when the other person is victimizing themselves, not to be fooled or get sucked into a it. Especially, if the other person is victimizing themselves in order to try and deflect blame or to shift it onto someone else so they don’t look “bad.”

A NAC will always manipulated you using your trauma, threatening to leave during fights even you accused of cheating but they will never admit to it rather dismiss you,I can help and gather evidence of his or her infidelity, get you a remotely access to their phone without physically touching it, if you have doubt on your partner fidelity/cheating just send me a direct message I will surely help you get trough this peacefully
