@raddadbodtv: We now return to normal training…kind of! Today’s workout was a little bit of a rust buster as I’m feeling sluggish from travel and being sick for about a week. I woke up this morning finally feeling somewhat normal so we’re moving in the right direction! I typically like to reduce paces and go off more effort rather than pace when hitting workouts after being sick. The reality is that the muscles are going to be depleted a little bit as the body’s resources have been focused on fighting said illness Overall happy to be feeling better and ready to resume training! #runnerdad #runningfit #runninggear #dadsthatrun #workoutwednesday
