Do you do squats and deadlifts also? Because apparently you should do them for the “real world”. And also wouldn’t free weights be better to prevent injury risk and get stronger, because that’s what basically my physio incorporates

is the lat pulldown machine (like cable one) also okay compared to the bench? the bench ones a bit more tedious to setup so I prefer the machine, but was wondering if there's some disadvantage. thank you
