don't give up, read the bible, every time you want to pick up the lighter, pick up a bible, get up and take a walk, throw everything you have for temptation away. go to church on Sundays and try to find a group or someone there willing to help you. we are here for you!

I've been in and out of jail, treatment, therapy, and mental health institutions. I still struggle with addiction, but have seen recovery a couple times. Recovery is not a straight road. We fall and we get back up. Don't lose hope and keep fighting!
