Save for later☝🏼 •489 kcals •33g PRO, 64g CHO, 14g FAT Serves 1: -1 wholegrain/multi seed bagel or bagel of choice -2 tbsp of tomato paste -Italian seasoning oregano -Garlic granules/garlic salt -100g of low fat cottage cheese -Salt/pepper -30g of shredded mozzarella -2 tsp of parmesan -15g of hot honey -Fresh parsley Method: 1. Lightly toast the bagel. 2. Spread the tomato paste onto each slice and sprinkle over a little Italian seasoning and garlic granules/salt. 3. Spoon the cottage cheese on top of the bagel and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the mozzarella. 4. Place in the air fryer at 180°C for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melted and is browned/bubbling. 5. Sprinkle over the parmesan, drizzle over the hot honey and garnish with parsley.
