I use benzoyl peroxide as it dries the acne only. And yeah these types of ointments should be only used in the night time.

i had a really bad case of acne starting from april and they flared up really badly, then i started using the fona adapalene (only a pea sized amount for the whole face, at night after applying moisturizer. moisturizer should completely dry before applying adapalene. never use in the day, and always use proper amount of sunscreen. i also didnt use adapalene every night and gave myself 1-2 days breaks and applied aloe vera gel on those night) at first i purged and got a ton more acne but slowly they faded away since i was consistent with adapalene. i also used clindamycin during daytime in those days. my progress from may to september is below

Ami Fona use kori and it really works for me. Ami weekly duidin use kori but only raat e. It should not be used in am routine only use it in pm routine. Ar first e ektu slow jete hobe like once or twice a week. Skin onek sensitive hole use it with moisture or do sandwich method. Ami prefer kori moisturizer er sathe mix kore use kora pea size theke kom nei adapalene as amar skin khub e sensitive. As you said you're using it twice a day, you're actually over using it. One more thing, eta dry face e use korte hoi.

Freshlook gel ta use koren and everyday double cleansing koren!!! Facewash hisabe cosrx er low ph cleanser ta use koren!!! And freshlook gel ta sudhu rate use korben,,, amr apnar theke beshi bums and active acne chilo

You are probably purging. Keep continuing it gets better and since its a form of retenoid you should only apply a thin layer at night and then your moisturiser

You are only supposed to use it at night on absolute dry skin . like you have to wait five more minutes after washing your face. With tiny amounts . And can can apply moisturizer after 30 minss
