Receta de tartas SIN MANTECA 💝🙌🏻 Para 4 tartas de 14cm voy a usar: 👇🏻 -1 huevo $270 -Ralladura de limón y esencia de vainilla $100 -100gr de azúcar $100 -80ml de aceite $200 -250gr de harina 0000 $250 Total: $920! 😱😱😱😱 Recorda que no está el costo de mano de obra ni de horno! Además todos compramos la materia prima en diferentes lugares 📍 El paso a paso es muy fácil y la receta realmente aprobada es muy diferente la textura cuando sale del horno, parece que está dura pero con las horas en la heladera o rellena se humedece y queda muy tierna! La súper recomiendo para emprender ✅😍 Cocinar a 180° por uno 10 minutos con peso arriba, luego retirar ese peso y volver a cocinar hasta dorar los bordes! Con lo que me sobró de masa hice unos discos de 5cm y los cociné para hacer conitos o masas secas 💜 Los moldes y el palo regulable son de @cooperreposteria Espero que les guste! #roccobakery #mundobakery
