try Accutane! I am on it now for 2 months and only have dry skin and lips. My hair doesn't get greasy as fast too and I LOVE this side effect. Maybe try a low dose (10mg) so you don't get many side effects

Actually, there are many more options than this. Please see dermatologist, rather than just a GP as assessing what acne type you have will influence the decision for treatment. I work with my patient to decide what is best for the skin alongside what they actually want (or more often what they do not want!) And I have not had a single patient whose acne I have not cleared with this strategy.
