They have been saying they aren't around here for years had tracks next to my pool a few years ago and seen a panther in muldrow back in the late 90s

South of Stillwater. Neighbor has it on game cam twice. Our horses get nervous for a few days every 6-8 weeks

I saw one at Lake McMurtry a few years ago. My brother and I were walking down the trails and we kept hearing something in the woods the whole time then when we loop around and get about a quarter of a mile away from the parking lot a mountain lion was walking down the trail in front of us. It turned around and looked at us and then just turned back around and kept walking. We took an alternate route back to the car.

It always shocks me when people think there isn’t any in OK! Many years ago my brother came face to face with one at lake murray when he went out early one morning to sit by the camp fire and it walked by stopped started at him and kept going!
