I loved all SJM but hated fourth wing and legit don’t understand why it’s so popular the writing is not nearly as good idk how ppl speak them in the same sentence 🙈 like I just cringe the whole time and usually I love cringey shit but it’s just too much

Ok but literally am on the ACOTAR>Fourth Wing>Serpent and the Wings of the Night>Quicksilver pipeline and now I’m like…now what?? Also read some of the Blood and Ash series somewhere in there but tbh I DNF book 3 because yuck. Just started Book of Azrael and idk how I feel about it yet.

Maybe both? Idk. I enjoyed Fourth Wing and it was my first foray into fantasy/romantasy. I haven’t been able to get into ACOTAR because the writing, to me, is too elementary. I tried Quicksilver and that was just “meh” so idk where to go from here.
