This routine
Monday- Chest, Shoulder Tricep
Tuesday-Rest
Wednesday- Calf, Quads, Hamstring
Thursday-Rest
Friday- Back Bicep
Sat and Sunday - Rest.
then repeat.
With full intensity, 1 set after warm ups.
My main concern is on the smaller muscles that recover quicker should I wait the whole week or do them twice or 2 sets( more volume)
