@countinghercoin: Here are a few things I focused on during my breakup 1. Fitness & nutrition I loss 42lbs during my relationship which help me move on a lot faster. Being overweight & heart broken is much worse. Take this time to focus on changing your lifestyle & focus on active activities like walking. This will also help you when you’re ready to upgrade your wardrobe. 2. Change your hair. Going blonde did it for me. There is something about not looking like the person who went through pain that helps you separate from the past. As a blonde I am powerful, fun, carefree yet cutthroat. I feel like this is who I am meant to be. 3. Wardrobe upgrade Since the weight loss I had NO clothes, nothing fit me and my clothes were hanging off of my body. It was time to start over. (If you are in the progress of losing weight, thift everything. Don’t buy anything new. I learned the hard way) once I got down to my ideal healthy weight I was able to fit into clothes that I couldn’t before. It was a huge confidence boost and motivated to continue my fitness journey.
