Although it will target you abs, you will not see any difference in terms of loosing weight. Doing this will make your core and abs stronger but you won’t be seeing them poke out unless you have a low percentage of fat, if you really want abs to show not only do is exercise a really important factor but most importantly a caloric deficit, which will help you loose weight no matter if you exercise or not as long as your eating what your supposed to
