Ricetta completa Ig e qualche video più in basso 👇 4 Tuorli Vaniglia 70g Burro morbido 200g Formaggio spalmabile 160ml Latte 70g Farina 00 4 Albumi montati con 80g Zucchero - Sciogliere a bagnomaria il burro con il formaggio e il latte. Aggiungere i tuorli con la vaniglia, mescolare e unire anche la farina. - Setacciare il tutto per eliminare ogni grumo ed ottenere un composto super liscio. - Montare gli albumi aggiungendo lo zucchero in maniera graduale. Una volta bianchi e ben fermi, unirli al composto di tuorli, mescolando molto delicatamente per trattenere più aria possibile. - Trasferire nello stampo (rivestito sul fondo con della carta da forno, sui lati basterà spruzzare uno spray staccante oppure imburrare, così da avere dei bordi dritti e lineari) e riporlo in una teglia aggiungendo acqua molto calda fino ad arrivare quasi a metà dello stampo.
