I remember you said we should grind our own coriander seed for a better taste and aroma. quick question: do you roast them first? I'm guessing no as they mostly cook in the oil but just wanted to double check. I hope that one day you share your garam masala blend recipe. I can't get mine right 😘

for any one nervous to try this, remember u can always add back some of the pasta water if the pasta in the pulao mix didnt finish cooking. keep the lid closed. cuz if ur lookin, u aint cookin!
