Lol love a good hack 👏 I used to rely on fashion tricks to hide how bloated I was—baggy tops, high-waist everything 😅. No “fit” felt right because my body was always inflamed. Then someone in a women’s group mentioned eat like a woman protocol (by Loren Green). I followed it and my whole body changed—30 lbs gone, flat belly, real confidence. Now I wear anything I want, no hacks needed 😌.
