I stopped uber for a month an order tip baited me (I even waited 20 minutes for the order at Wingstop because it was a good payout, ended up with like $2 for 30 minutes of time). I contacted support immediately to vent my frustrations.

It probably means that whatever you tip you can’t take back so if you do tip 60 and think you’re gonna take back your tip and Uber is going to cover it I’m sure that that’s not gonna work

I’ve blocked customers because of that and complained to them several times. It’s about time they listen to us. They also need to pay us if a customer cancels after we have driven to the location

Good!!! @Walmart and @Instacart should do this as well customers should only be able to increase the tip and not tip bait shoppers with high tips to only to completely remove it or reduce it to barely nothing!
