I used a heating pad and a hand held massaging wand then I pumped and massaged with it and the clog came right out!

I didn't get mastitis but I did end up getting a bacterial infection in one of mine and it was not fun. Im sure your watching it. But glad you are on it!

As a girly who had mastitis seemingly come out of nowhere and ended up staying overnight in the hospital...do ALL the things to prevent it from getting there. I didnt even feel the pain of the clog(s) until I was already laid up in the hospital. 😳😳

ok so my bestie had a bad clogged duct and her hubby had to help her .... get it out .. 😅 he did in fact get the clog out. 😅 but apparently it works!

I’ve gotten mastitis a handful of times and it’s awfulllll. Glad it’s just a clogged duct! Hand express with messages help a lot!
