@jos.sets: This new teacher man- she’s kind okay, well sometimes. However shes so incredibly incompetent it’s crazy. The amount of safety rules she has broken and its just been a week is beyond me. I just feel like she’s bee out of practice for a LONG time and can’t admit it. Estheticians I’ve spoken too have told me the same about their experiences in school and it’s just really sad to hear. Across all levels of prestige the standard for educators is just so low. I know a large part has to do with educators not getting paid enough and that is a whole other issue- but we can’t just go around hiring anyone with a crumb of esthetic experience as a TEACHER just because. 🫠 I may have already graduated.. but I’m dedicated to finishing this series! #weekinmylife #estheticiantiktok #estheticianstudent #fullspecialist #beautyschool
