Hypers: can be made easier by reducing the range/harder by adding a band or weight, can modify to isolate the low back or glutes depending on your preference, more stability provided by the bench/box
Good morning: can be modified by increasing/decreasing weight, requires more core control due to location of weight, can be modified with a plate to make it easier or harder by increasing weight
