@thisiowamom: Using your clothes to help you see how far you come is a big deal… I lost 190 lbs. I lost 100 lbs in the first 3 years of my health journey with changing habits. Diet, exercise, hydration and sleep. I’m still working on mindset and self care every day… I went through some time where I created healthy habits but I wasn’t dropping more weight… so I started g l p 1 medication perscibed by a dr and lost 90 lbs in 11 months. I still have to eat healthy. I still have to exercise. I have to focus on rest and taking care of myself.
