also, I mean, these "unhinged" pairings are a pretty straightforward lesson in how flavors work together and change. The average person is very familiar with how a reeses cup tastes on it's own, so trying one with various cheeses that will each make it different, brilliant really.

If I’m gonna spend a little extra on some groceries, I LOVE buying some new fancy cheeses I’ve never tried! I really love the concept of pairing them with things considered less “fancy”. Have you ever done a series on cheese pairings for “cheap” wines? I’ve tried to pair stuff but I don’t know the first thing about how to do that! And I rarely have wine that’s worth more than $20 a bottle lol.
