Can shoot over and over. Has a multi grab. bullets have spread and headshots. Can stun and earthbound. almost 600 health using his abilities and an ult that can massacre the whole team. I’ve seen enough nerf spiderman

So what I just saw was…. Bucky’s hook is only “15 M” but he got your tank which was in range and the hook extended OUT OF 15 M to grab you as well?? Buckys hook is the most unbalanced thing I’ve ever seen in any video game
