I used to struggle with staying consistent, but then I found this simple trick... ✅ band ✅ block ✅ only 2-minutes And voila! My foot arch and ankle flexibility hugely improved! Plus no more stiff ankles after a long day in the studio and that was a game changer 🙏🏼  I wasn’t born with the beautifully defined, high arch and flexible toes desired by dancers and which some very fortunate people have, whether they’re dancers or not! I have a small amount of hyper-mobility in my knees and a lot in my arms. But feet. No. But they are strong, they and they did support my ballet and contemporary dancing and now teaching career (thank you feet). This exercise helped enormously and is now a stretching relief. It is extreme, you must go about it carefully with the correct technical alignment and band placement.  You may not have an extreme high arch and pointed foot but you CAN greatly improve your range and unlock your full capabilities with the right exercises and stretches.  👉🏼 This is an intense stretch for the ankle and top of the foot. If you experience pain in the Achilles when doing this, lessen the intensity or keep a small bend in the knee. Please don’t push through sharp pain. There is more to developing foot and ankle flexibility and mobility than this one stretch alone BUT it is a great place to start, especially for dancers and it’s my daily ritual.
