@mollymcadam: High-Protein Pancakes 🥞
Fluffy, filling, and only ~250 calories for 18g of protein. These pancakes are proof that a healthy breakfast doesn’t have to be boring What you’ll need: (6 pancakes)
• 4 tbsp cottage cheese
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 4 tbsp oats
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs (add 2 extra egg whites for extra protein)
• Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
• Sweetener of choice (vanilla drops or stevia) How to make them: 1. Mix or blend everything together. 2. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes. 3. Cook on low heat, 1 tbsp of batter per pancake. 4. Flip once golden and repeat until you’ve got a stack. Top it off: fresh fruit, maple syrup, or honey @Bob’s Red Mill oats
