Simple ingredients, easy to make and far healthier than store bought syrup! Recipe: - 1 1/4 cup of water - 1/4 heaping cup of pumpkin puree - 1/2 cup of maple syrup - 1/4 cup of any sugar, I used coconut sugar but date sugar would be great too - 2 heaping tsp of pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp of cinnamon - 1 tsp of vanilla powder or vanilla extract Optional: 1 tsp of caramel extract Mix all ingredients (minus the vanilla) into a pot over low-medium heat, mixing often. Once it’s at a thicker texture then mix in the vanilla. Let it cool and then store in fridge for up to a week! I hope you enjoy 🎃 I add about 1-2 tbsp to my coffee in the morning!
