Sorry to hear about your dad. That could be one reason why you also have medical anxiety. All my family have had cancer once once they were over 60 years old. Sucks I’m in my 60’s now.

I lost my mom in 2023 as well. I lost my dad in 2006. What I really miss is being a phone call away. Not getting to talk to your parents about the things you’re proud of or the things you’re proud of your kids doing is so awful.
